Shipping:

We strive to deliver products purchased from JAI INCENSE.  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Delivery :

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.

We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 4-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

For Custom Incense products, due to its made-to-order nature, we may need 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actuals would be additional.
